Background of the issue:
After completing the setup of the WPML plugin on my site hidden link, I encountered an error related to ICanLocalize migration. I don't use the translation service but manually translate.

Symptoms:
ICanLocalize migration could not complete. WPML needs to update the connection to ICanLocalize but could not complete the change. Failed step: token WPML_TM_ICL20_Migrate_Remote::get_token - 0: Missing ICL Website ID ($ts_id).

Questions:
How can I stop the error message related to ICanLocalize migration?
What steps should I take to fix the missing ICL Website ID issue?

Here's a step to fix this issue:

To fix the ICL migration issue please follow next steps:
- Please go to WPML -> Support -> troubleshooting
- Click on "Enable other translation services"
- Then click on "Refresh translation services"
- Then click on "Reset professional translation service" and the issue should be resolved.
