Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that the correct language-specific page is displayed in Google search results for the appropriate audience. For example, the Dutch page hidden link should appear in Google Netherlands, while the English page hidden link should appear in international search results. The option 'Different domain per language' is already configured in WPML. When using the language switcher, the following code is appended to the URL: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The English page (hidden link) is appearing in Google search results in the Netherlands instead of the Dutch page.

Questions:
Could this issue be related to WPML settings?
Is there another possible cause for the wrong language displaying in Google search?

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.

While you wait for my colleague to take over the ticket, let me try to help you with the issue quickly.

As I can see it looks fine and it should display also fine in Google, maybe it just needs some time to show correctly, these things can take weeks/months.

The best I can advise is to submit your sitemap to Google Webmaster console, to speed things up and monitor for any issues.

Hope this helps, as we can not directly affect how Google indexes your website, but if all is good it should show fine after some time.

Regards,
Drazen
