This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is using WPML on their site and accidentally deleted the YITH Ajax Product Filter for the Russian language. They want to delete the translation to duplicate it again and recreate the filters for Russian. Additionally, no products are displayed in the main language, and the filtering does not work in either Romanian or Russian. Solution: 1) To delete the translation and duplicate it again for the Russian language, follow these steps: - Go to Yith -> Ajax Filter - Switch the language to the secondary language - Hover on the preset name - Click the Delete icon For translating the presets correctly, please refer to this guide. 2) For the issue where no products are displayed and filtering does not work, it was identified that the product archive template does not have a products widget. This needs to be added to display products in the default language.

First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload.
1) Please try the following steps:
1- Go to Yith-> Ajax Filter
2- Switch the language to the secondary language
3- Hover on the preset name
4- Click the Delete icon
In order to translate the presets correctly, kindly check this hidden link">guide.
2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me much information about how your site is configured.
Thanks for the video. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
Now another issue has appeared: on the main language, no products are displayed, and the filtering does not work either in Romanian or Russian. hidden link
Please check this hidden link">screenshot to see the missing widget in the archive template.
I added this widget. Please check the archive pages along with the filters and let me know if they work correctly.
However, this is not related to deleting the translated preset. If you suspect it is related to the filter issue, please restore a backup before deleting the filter and check the archive pages.
Everything is fine now; I think it was due to the cache.
Thank you for your help!
