This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to display the translations of the titles of the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter plugin in Italian as set in the backend, but they appear in English, while the attributes are correctly shown in Italian.

Solution:
1. Confirm that the Attributes have been translated properly in the WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes section.
2. Follow the instructions in the guide to translate Preset with WPML.
3. If all settings are correctly configured, navigate to WPML > String Translation and search for the Title that isn't displaying in the translated form.
4. If you find the Title and it's still untranslated, click on the "+" icon next to it and add the translation for that Title.

If this solution doesn't look relevant, please open a new support ticket.

I am trying to:
Show the translations of the titles of the plugin YITH Woocommerce Ajax Product Filter translation in italian as set in the backend (see attachment) but they appear in English, while the attributes are correctly shown in Italian (see attachment).

I expected to see:

Instead, I got:

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.

Since you've translated the filter Preset, could you please check and confirm that the Attributes have been translated properly in the "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes" section? You can also follow the instructions mentioned in the guide below.

If all settings are correctly configured, please navigate to "WPML > String Translation" and search for the Title that isn't displaying in the translated form. if you find it in the results and it's still untranslated, click on the "+" icon next to it and proceed to add the translation for that Title.

Please let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
