nadiaF-3	Following from a previous query here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/unable-to-view-a-published-language-site/ -- Our IT team has updated the suggested plugins. We're still struggling to find the aimsun.com/fr redirect in WordPress, so some help to find and remove the redirect would be greatly appreciated. (see image attached where I have searched for a 'home' redirect). Our IT team are unsure how to clear the cache server side, but have provided this information: Linux machine With our own copy of wordpress PHP current version in aimsun.com 7.4.33 PHP available 8.2.18

From your previous ticket, on the IT support message they say that the French site is set differently than the other ones: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/unable-to-view-a-published-language-site/#:~:text=You%20have%20a%20French%20subsite%20there%20(SARL)%20and%20is%20a%20different%20case%20than%20german%20or%20chinese.%20Maybe%20your%20issue%20is%20related%20to%20multisite%20this%20time. it might be worth checking how your sites are setup/configured. Would it be possible to check if the issue happens if you disable the Yoast SEO Premium/Yoast SEO Plugins? Looking forward to your reply, Marsel
