Problem:
The client is updating internal and external links in the English version of articles and is asking if there is a way for these links to automatically update in the Hebrew version to avoid double the work.

Solution:
For external links, such as those pointing to

, they need to be translated manually. We recommend using the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) to search for and translate these links. For more information, please refer to our documentation on how to translate URLs, shortcodes, and HTML attributes using the Advanced Translation Editor.

For internal links, WPML can automatically update them to point to the translated content. To enable this, navigate to

and run the scan. Additionally, when there is new content with links that need updating, a small info box will appear at the top of the WPML > Settings page to notify you.
