You can request a refund within 30 days after purchase on the following page:
https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/

Although you are not obligated to name us your reasons for the refund request, I would like to know what exactly brought you to this decision.

Is there maybe something we could do for you?
- You still have more than 2 weeks of time to request your refund.

If you wish, I can offer to take a look at the site and solve occuring issues for you, and I will be glad to answer any open questions about WPML.
