Hi there. I am following up on a prior ticket from some time ago #17297468. Our site crashed and we are able to continue with next steps to solve this problem after the delay. Essentially, we currently have dozens of pages, posts, images, and other content that have already been translated and flagged as 100% complete in the advanced translation editor from an individual editor point of view rather than the translation dashboard. None of these translations are available however in the public site. In the translation dashboard, these translations are tagged as in-progress. Anything I have tried to force publication hasn't worked. I have assigned them to translation jobs and tried to update the status from there. It recognized the translation was complete in the editor but in the translation dashboard it remains stuck as in-progress for status. I cannot approve translation reviews in bulk actions. Translation settings have been updated to publish both original and translation automatically, but it had previously been set as Publish the translated post when original is also published (default) AND Do not publish the post translations when you publish the original post. After this I went to troubleshooting and cleared the cache in WPML, fix element_type collation, fix WPML tables collation, Reset languages, Reset Translation Services, and Cancel in-progress automatic jobs (even though we usually do not use them). There are three translators who are assigned permission to translate all languages. I still cannot see the translations. For example: This post should have 3 translations. Original English Fluent : hidden link, Translations are completed in Fluent French, Plain French, and Plain English.
