Hey Kor,
Thank you for splitting things up a bit.
You mentioned that pages and posts are showing fine but I disagree.... lol
The header of the translated pages is missing.
See for instance the page called "Over ons" (Dutch for About us) and then select a translation.
You will see the header disappeared in French and German but in the Dutch (original version) it is showing fine.
This also happens for the FAQ page and all the pages in the most right column of the footer.
So, in short: the translation of the headers is not reliable at all. In some cases the header is translated and in other they are not.....
So, your help is still much needed as I don't know what to do about it.
BTW the headers are mosly build with Kadence Elements, a very powerful addition to the Kadence theme.
You can find them in: Appearance -> Kadence -> Elements.
For what I can tell those are all set to 'Display on all languages'.
Just to be clear.... Herewith an image of a messed up header.
Well, that's better than a messed up head.... 🙂
And I found another string that needs attention....
The extension after the price for the VAT is also not translated. see image.
It remains in Dutch in any language....
Thanks for your patience. I’ve checked, and the header navigation menu itself is working and displaying correctly. However, the issue is caused by missing header elements for the secondary languages here: hidden link
Could you please translate all the headers and let me know if that resolves the issue?
You can continue topping up credits to proceed with the translations while I check the missing translations reported in your other ticket.
Sorry to hear that you're still having issues with the header templates, and could you please complete the translations for the header templates here hidden link . Once you've done that, I will recheck this for you.
But as for now, I've checked your posts, and the header looks fine in all three languages, and could you please check?
Thanks for your reply. You can do this manually, or you can use credits for automatic translation. The translations for Elements here are not turned on earlier, so the "Translate Everything Automatically" just skips this section. I'll check on your other tickets while waiting for this one. Please let me know once it's done.
Well...., thanks. I'm puzzled even more atm 🙂
I just tried about 3 hrs to get it running to no avail.... and now, after clicking the link in your reply the header shows in the messages.
Thanks for your reply. I turned off the cache plugin on your Website temporarily earlier because I believe you're looking at the cache version. Please only turn it back on when everything is resolved. My apologies for the confusion.
Do I have to buy extra credits? Is that what you are saying?
In that case is the estimation of the costs waaaaayyyyy off.... There was about 168.000 credits needed to translate this site into 2 languages, I bought 200k and I assigned 180k to it....
Ok, I have about 20k left and will assign it to the site.
But that's about it... tbh. I hope it will be sufficient.
Did you turned on the Auto Translation for the elements? I will try it with those.....
Just asking to be sure.
Thanks for your reply. I resaved it, and the template appears fine: hidden link . Looks like a sync issue. Could you check the other pages and let me know which one is still broken? I will also check on my end here.
Thanks for your reply, and my apologies for the inconvenience. It appears that the templates were not properly synced. I simply needed to edit the translated page and click the Save button.
This usually happens when the translation process is interrupted while the translations are being saved. Most probably due to a server limited resources issue. Could you check now? I've corrected it for you.
