This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client needed assistance with removing the word "Языки" when switching languages on their website.
Solution:
We asked the client if they wanted to remove the word "Языки" when switching languages and how they added the language switcher. We then requested debug information to better understand the setup, providing a link to the documentation on how to obtain this information: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.
We also inquired where the word "Языки" was added and suggested checking if the language switcher was added from WPML → Languages, directing the client to the relevant documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/language-switcher-options/.
If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend you provide us with your debug information and review your language switcher settings as per the documentation provided. Please note that the solution might be irrelevant due to it being outdated or not applicable to your case. If so, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you need further assistance, please contact us in the WPML support forum.
