Problem:
You are trying to enter your WPML key into the Plugins section of your website, but it is not being accepted.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you try the following steps:
1. Navigate to Plugins → Add New and click the Commercial tab. Then, click 'Unregister WPML from this site'.
2. Once the page reloads, click on 'Register WPML'. You will see a message asking you to enter the site key. Click on 'Get a key for this site'.
3. In your WPML account, complete the site key wizard and set it to 'Production site'.
4. Copy your new key and paste it in the Commercial tab. After this, you can delete your old site key in your WPML account.
If the problem persists, please upload relevant screenshots to help us better understand the situation. Additionally, navigate to WPML → Support → Installer and share what you see there. Inform us about what happens when you click the button on that screen.
