This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed help translating a specific string on their website that was not appearing on the String Translation page despite following the provided documentation steps.
Solution:
We requested temporary admin access to the site to investigate the issue. After logging in, we identified the location where the client could change the text to Spanish:
1. Access the specific page in the admin panel at https://www.goodycandy.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=15778&action=elementor&lang=es&active-document=16284
2. Follow the provided steps and save the changes.
3. Clear any site caching to see the updated text.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Hi there,

I would like to kindly request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site in order to thoroughly examine the issue. The necessary fields can be found below the comment area. When you log in to leave your next reply, please be assured that the information you enter is private and will only be visible to you and me.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will thoroughly review various settings in the backend to determine if the issue can be resolved. While I will not make changes that affect the live site, it is still advisable to back up the site before granting us access. Should further debugging be necessary, I will create a duplicate and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid any impact on the live site.

I will await your response.

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei

Hi, and thank you for the credentials.

No FTP needed here no worries.

I can confirm that I was able to log in successfully.

So, I was able to find the place where you can change the text to whatever version you want in Spanish.

1. Go here:
hidden link

2. Then follow the steps from my screenshots below and save.

3. After that, make sure that you completely clear any caching on your site. I had to do that to be able to see the updated text.

You can also see a screenshot below where I can confirm that I tested, and it works in Spanish.
