This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing issues with modifying text on the frontend. Some product options were displayed correctly, but the translated text did not appear, possibly due to not being added to the translation fields. Additionally, for some products, the additional options did not show up on the product page, and the product reviews data was missing.
Solution:
We reviewed the translation management and noticed that the post type was set to "Translatable" but was not appearing in the translation management dashboard. When attempting to translate forms by clicking the + icon, it redirected to the WordPress editor instead of the translation editor. We recommended checking the plugin's translation guide here to follow the correct translation steps.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket. For the issue with modifying text on the frontend:

Can you explain how it was resolved? I want to avoid encountering the same issue in the future when modifying text!

Here’s the video of the product:

Some of the product options are displayed correctly, but the translated text does not appear (perhaps I didn’t add it to the translation fields).
The main issue is that for some products, the additional options do not show up on the product page!

Also, there is another issue:
The product reviews data is missing.

Hi,

Please translate this global form and check if that fixes the issue. (hidden link)

Best regards,
Osama

I noticed that the additional product options are added through tags! However, the German version wasn't added to the tags! Now it's visible, but there's no translated version!

Manually translating on this page is not my ideal choice! Previously, I had automatically translated the product option text!

I only rolled back WordPress due to other reasons!

I saw information about this plugin in the custom fields! But I'm not sure which option I should select. Can you help me take a look?

Hi,

It seems that these global forms offer only manual translation. They don't work with the translation editor. Please check with the plugin support team if it supports the WPML translation editor.

Best regards,
Osama

"I am sure it supports automatic translation!
This is a screenshot I took yesterday!

Due to other reasons, I restored the WordPress backup file and reinstalled WPML!"

Hi,

I checked the hidden link">translation management and couldn't find this post type there, even though it's set to "Translatable."

Also, if you click the + icon to translate the forms, you will be redirected to the WordPress editor, not the translation editor.

Please check the plugin's translation guide hidden link">here to see the translation steps they mentioned.

Best regards,
Osama
