The EBP plugin is developed by a third-party company, and it's indeed possible that they make changes directly to the database.
However, we should only have the problem with product titles, because the descriptions are entered directly by my client in WooCommerce, which guarantees normal WPML functionality for updating this field. Apparently, only title changes are made via EBP and are imported into WooCommerce via this plugin.

and the four foreign languages were updated correctly. I then tried this product, which was modified via the EBP connector and was stuck waiting for a translation update, and the translations were also updated correctly: hidden link
Apparently, WPML has no problem automatically translating after a manual product update, but only triggering the automatic update after a modification via the EBP connector.
For database backups, the database is about 2.5GB, so it's quite complicated to send you backups, but I will try to organize with my client at the beginning of next week to provide this to you.
