This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported multiple issues: not receiving notifications, mixed language content in posts, missing translations on a specific page, and incorrect translation of an icon label.
Solution:
1. We investigated the notification issue and advised the client to check and adjust email notification settings in their WPML account.
2. For the mixed language content, we corrected an XML code that was affecting content detection by WPML in Elementor, allowing proper reloading and translation of titles.
3. Missing translations were addressed using the WPML String Translation tool, with specific guidance provided for strings affected by HTML styling.
4. The incorrect icon label was also corrected via String Translation.
5. We recommended not using page editors like Elementor for editing translations as it could lead to errors or loss of data.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. I would steel need assistance to resolve these:

1. Notifications

I did not receive a notification for your last message. How can I receive notifications again?

2. One of my post has mixed french & english language

Some translations are missing and I can't find out how to translate those. Please see my screenshot 1 attached.

"Licence Agent" should be License Agent"
"Service Areas" should be "Zone d'intervention"
"Call" should be "Appeler"
"Property Type" should be "Type de Propriété"
"Property Cities" should be "Villes des Propriétés"
"Other" should be "Autre"

4. On the French property listings

Example: Follow this link => hidden link

The icon for "17 More" should show "17 Photos"

1- Please let me know if you have received a notification for this reply

2- So I downloaded a copy of your site to run locally so I won't affect your live site, and I found out that the last XML code we added that helps us translate the title URLs was overwriting the core XML that we use with elementor,

Long story short, we have different ways to let WPML detect content from different widgets, since elementor is one of our biggest partners, the widget detection is a bit different, and I haven't been carful enough to test how my XML affected it, my apology.

I have corrected the XML, and you should be able to translate your titles (in this case, I simply made a small change to the content by adding a "space" so WPML can re-load the titles again)

I did correct translations for all your posts that had this issue.

3- I was able to translate most strings on the Agent using String Translation, quite straight forward, but these two strings are a different story : hidden link

To put it simply, the theme is applying a styling HTML tag to these strings, so you have to search for it like this : hidden link

4- Same for "More", I found it under String Translation, it is now translated to "Photos"

I have also translated all untranslated strings that I noticed on your site, if you notice any other string, please search for it under WPML > String translation, and let me know if you need help.

5- For the padding issue, it seems to be working fine from my side: hidden link

If the issue persists on your phone, could you try a different browser or device to see if it is the same?

Also, with the current workflow you are using, it is no recommended to edit your translations using elementor or any other page editor as this will potentially cause errors and might even delete your translations, I shared a suggestion in your other ticket if you want to learn more about this.

Translating my website using Houzez theme is definitely not an easy task, but you have been providing an amazing support, and it feels good to know you have my back when needed, thank you for that!

It looks like we made significant progress! Please see my responses below:

5. For the padding issue, it is now resolved (Not sure of what happened, it has been like that for weeks, but now it's looking good, so that's cool!

For the translation via Elementor or other editor, it's well noted!

I hope you're doing well. I am having translation issues again with my website... I opened this ticket "Some of my site (english version) is translated into french."

Could you please take a look at it? It's been open for 4 days but nobody answered yet and I need to promote a new property as soon as possible.

Also, do you have any update on the WPML email notifications issue?

Simply share the access again on that ticket, we will take care of the rest for you,

For the notification issue, I would ask you to go to your open Support tickets and make sure you have the correct email notifications on each of them.
And particularly on the split tickets, for example in https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-help-with-houzez-theme-translation/, please click on the "Change link" next to the "No email notifications" at the top of your first reply on the ticket and select the option Email notifications only when WPML support posts an answer. This will set for that particular ticket the correct notifications.

I am happy to read you as I was going to ask your colleague if this ticket could be reassigned to you! You know where I am coming from, you solved issues on my website in the past, and I feel like we work more efficiently together!

I can share my access again with you but they are unchanged since your last intervention on my website (I will think of changing my access more frequently in the futur). If you no longer have them, I am happy to share them again, but I don't have the possibility to share them safely at this time. I believe you can respond in a way that I will be able to share my access privately (if still needed), correct?

For the notification issue, it's well noted and I did the modification you asked. It should be fine now, thank you!

Hi Ilyes,

I really needed my website to be fixed quickly, so I spent time on it and I could fix it. For now, my website is perfectly translated in both version.

I found that, in the english dashboard, in Theme Options > Translation > Common + Searches + Grid... + Property detail page + Add New Property + Agencies... + Dashboard menu, several sections were translated into french while they should have remain in english, others remained in english. (Yesterday, when I was trying to revert all of that, it looks like I missed one section, that's why their were still some french words in the english version front end.

So now, I hope my website can remain perfect, like it is right now. In order to keep it perfect, I think we should find out what is happening with the Houzez Theme Options > Translation. I am not a developper but it looks like there is a conflict with WPML and Houzez Theme Options > Translation...

Not exactly sure what is going on...

It looks like I am the only one using Houzez Theme with WPML...
