This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
If you're experiencing an issue where the header on the English pages of your site appears under the page content when scrolling, and this seems to be related to a z-index issue with the Divi Builder header template, while the Dutch pages display correctly, we can help.
Solution:
First, ensure that no custom CSS or settings specific to your site are causing this issue. We recommend setting up a staging site to isolate the problem. On the staging site, disable all plugins except WPML and any necessary for login. Then, check the Post Types Translation settings under WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation and compare these with a clean installation. Adjust any settings that differ.
Next, go to WPML > Translation Dashboard, send the homepage header for translation, and complete the translation. Afterward, edit the header in Divi > Theme Builder and ensure the z-index value is set correctly (e.g., 999).
This solution is a workaround and under normal circumstances, it should work without these adjustments. If the issue persists or if the solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.
