Too many INSERT option to our database

pangH	Background of the issue: I am experiencing an issue with my website hidden link. I noticed that there are too many INSERT options being added to our database, which has grown to over 180GB. I am unsure why this is happening and need assistance to check and suggest a solution. I am open to providing admin access if necessary. Symptoms: The database has grown to more than 180GB due to a large number of INSERT options. Questions: Can you check why there are so many INSERT options in the database? Can you suggest a solution to reduce the database size?

If you check your database what are the largest tables and keys? Thanks, Drazen
