Background of the issue:
I am using WPML on my website (hidden link) to manage multilingual content. I need to set up dynamic translations for button input values, specifically for phone numbers, so that visitors from different countries see the correct contact number.

Symptoms:
Despite locating the correct string for the phone number in the WPML string translation settings (admin_texts_mobile_contact_bar | [mobile_contact_bar][contacts][0]uri), changes made do not reflect on the webpage.

Questions:
How can I translate button input values for different languages using WPML?
Why are the changes I made to the phone number string not showing up on my page?
