Hey there,

You can translate the Banner in WPML > Translaiton Management, “Other texts (Strings)”. There, find the Banner strings and send them to translation.

I recommend you check the following links, as they might contain relevant information for your case:

Hi !

I have an issue with the Complianz Consent Banner.

The site displays the English version of the Banner on the french version of the site, and the French version of the Banner on the English version.

See the attached captures.

Many thanks by advance !

Hey there,

It seems that WPML registered the strings with the incorrect language setting. Please make sure to have a full website backup, and do as follows:

1. Go to WPML > String Translation;
2. Search for the banner text;
3. In the list, check if it's registered with the correct language;
4. If it's not, change it (check image attached);
5. If it's already correct, let me know;

Of course, the image is from another website, yours will have different data. Let me know.
