This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was experiencing issues with the translation queue not loading and errors when editing translations. The theme used was not compatible with the site editor, and there were layout problems on the English homepage. Additionally, the client could not translate certain parts of the site using the Divi Events Calendar module.
Solution:
We recommended increasing the WP MEMORY LIMIT to at least 256M, as the existing setting was too low and could cause issues. We updated the WPML String Translation to the latest version and adjusted the database entries that were 'stuck'. We also cleared old translation packages and re-sent the Gravity Forms for translation. For the issue with the Divi Events Calendar module, we suggested opening a new support ticket as it required further investigation. We also recommended checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/ and verifying the version of the permanent fix, confirming that the latest versions of themes and plugins are installed.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket for personalized assistance. Please visit our support forum at WPML Support Forum.

While one of my teammates handles your ticket, I will provide you with some initial debugging steps. Since the support forum is public, I have removed the access credentials from this message. I recommend considering changing them for security reasons. Please upload any relevant screenshots that may help illustrate the problem. I want to ensure we fully understand the issue so I can offer you the best possible solution. |

Hi there, I was able to locate your conversation with Waqas, which was handled in a chat support ticket. If I understand correctly the issue was not happening when using a new user account. The chat ticket has been closed. Are you still experiencing the issue of the translations queue not loading properly, or is that resolved and now there is a new error? Please go to WPML->Translation Management-> Locate these forms and re-send for translation, then attempt to translate again, that should resolve this issue. |

Hi there, You would be helped faster in chat, however, this ticket would end up in standard support again as it requires further debugging. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue. **Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken ** I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin. Thank you, |

Hi there, I have not received your access details yet to further investigate this. Any previously shared information from another ticket is no longer accessible which is why I asked for new access in my previous reply. |

Thank you for the access details! Within WPML->Troubleshooting->ATE Error logs you can see the following: WPML -> Translation management -> Tools I can also verify that it's currently not set up. What I believe is happening is that the job is attempting to be pulled but the system is not recognized due to the different Domain names and the organizations not synchronized or updated. Please confirm the URL you are moving the site from. |

Thank you! The 2 domains had a different ATE account and were not properly connected. I have connected them to the default account which is the one with the credits. It should work as expected now! 1. I went to WPML->Translation Management->Translators and added myself as a translator with all language pairs available 2. Click on the notification for the 7 jobs pending review and now they load OK. |
