Background of the issue:
I am trying to make a Japanese translation live on my site hidden link. The translation is currently marked as 'waiting review'.

Symptoms:
When I click review, it just brings me to the English version page instead of making the Japanese translation live.

Questions:
How can I get the Japanese translation page live?
