This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that translations are not being displayed on their page.
Solution:
We recommended that the client provides more details to help us understand the issue better. We asked if all pages were fully translated and which translations they were expecting to see. We also suggested that including screenshots could help clarify their issue. Screenshots can be uploaded using the "upload an image" option below the comment area.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at our support forum.

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Please provide more details so that I can understand better. Can you give me some examples? Have you finished translating all the pages? Which translations are you expecting to see? Sometimes, including screenshots can help clarify your message. You can use the "upload an image" option below the comment area if needed.
