Background of the issue:
I have built a website with Divi Builder and created 3 custom post types: Accommodation, Tours (Land Tours, Sea Tours, Action Tours), and Activities (Wine Tours, Massage Therapies, etc.). Each custom post type has several instances, and each instance has been translated independently. The Spanish content appears as it should.

Symptoms:
Some words do not get translated. Words such as Description, Tour info, Activity Info, Tour Map, View location appear in the Tours but not in Accommodations or Activities.

Questions:
Why are some words not getting translated in Accommodations or Activities?
How can I ensure that all words are translated across all custom post types?

Thanks for your reply.

Sorry for the delays. I regret any inconvenience caused, but to proceed with troubleshooting, I kindly ask for a snapshot of the site. Alternatively, with your permission, I can create one myself. For this purpose, I typically recommend using the free plugin "Duplicator." If you're already familiar with Duplicator (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/), please skip the following steps and simply send me the archive file you downloaded.

To guide you further, please adhere to these instructions:

1. View the Duplicator instructions video: hidden link

2. Consult WPML's instructions on providing supporters with a copy of your site: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

3. If the archive file exceeds 400MB, please use Duplicator's file filters to exclude cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.

Once you have the archive file ready, kindly share the link with us. You can utilize platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar for file sharing, as the snapshot file might be large.

Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the file link there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site.

Subject: [Blue Panselinos] Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue

Howdy!

WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WPML SEO.

First, visit your website (hidden link) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (hidden link) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can't access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special "recovery mode". This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

Thanks for your reply.

I'm checking the files now. As for the email, you can ignore it as everything seems to work fine when I inspected it.

Thank you for your response.

I've imported the copy into my local development site, but unfortunately, the website appears broken. Could you please upload the archive file, as indicated in the attached screenshot, so that I can test this version on my local development site? hidden link
