Background of the issue:
I am trying to update WPML on my site, but I keep encountering issues. I followed the previous suggestions, including unregistering WPML, deleting the WPML Account key, and re-registering. However, I received an error message: 'Unable to parse subscription data from service.' After refreshing the page, the registration appeared valid, but I still can't update. I attempted a manual update using the OTGS Installer as suggested, but not everything appears after installation. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
The error message 'Unable to parse subscription data from service' appears during registration. After following the manual update process, not all components appear, and I can't update WPML.

Questions:
Why can't I update WPML again?
What is causing the 'Unable to parse subscription data from service' error?
