Thanks for your patience.

Here is the ticket. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Hi,

Unfortunately I don't think I can give you access at the moment, however I can give you more information that may hopefully narrow down what could be happening.

The site uses the Divi page builder and is translated into spanish and chinese simplified. We translated using XLIFFs. However, the chinese simplified site seems to only display one page. I can edit the page in the translation editor and the normal Divi page builder and see all the correct content but when you preview or just try to go to any of the pages on the site, it just shows a random page with no header or footer.

Thank you for your response.

It appears that the translated page may not have been created, which is why it's not displaying when viewed. To further investigate this issue, I'll need to review the debug information from your website.

I've enabled private messaging for you to submit the debug information for this support ticket.

Please follow these initial debugging steps outlined in this FAQ: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

In the meantime, you can try navigating to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting link and follow the options shown in the attached screenshot. However, ensure to fully backup the site before proceeding with any troubleshooting steps.

Please keep me updated on your progress. Let me know if you encounter any issues or if there's anything else I can assist you with.
