Background of the issue:
I want to select items for translation, but I can't because this part of the settings loads endlessly. My internet connection is good. The issue can be seen here: hidden link

Symptoms:
The settings page for selecting items for translation loads endlessly.

Questions:
Why can't I select items for translation?
What could cause the settings page to load endlessly despite a good internet connection?

Can you login to phpMyAdmin or your DB tool and look for a table named wp_icl_translations (or xyz_icl_translations if you have a custom table prefix)?

According to the error log from the console, this is the one missing.

All these icl_ tables as seen on the staging, do these exist on the production as well?
