This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client installed the Complianz plugin on their bilingual website and encountered an issue where the French content was incorrectly categorized as English in the WPML strings, leading to mixed languages when attempting to translate.
Solution:
We recommended the following steps:
1. Navigate to WPML > String Translation.
2. Click on the "Languages of domains" link located in the top-left area.
3. Select the "text-domain" for the Complianz plugin, which is "complianz".
4. Check the box underneath to select all the strings.
5. Change the default language of those strings to "French".
We also provided screenshots to help guide the client through the process.
