I am seeing an error message but all components are up to date

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

hollyJ	Background of the issue: I have updated to the latest WPML but am now seeing an error message. All components are up to date, as is my account and payments. I don't want to do any more translations until this is resolved because WPML has broken my site previously. Symptoms: I am seeing an error message: 'WPML Update is Incomplete. You are running updated wpml-media-translation and wpml-string-translation, but the following components are not updated: sitepress-multilingual-cms (required version: 4.7.0). Your site will not work as it should in this configuration. Please update all components which you are using. For WPML components you can receive updates from your WPML.org account or automatically, after you register WPML.' Questions: Why am I seeing this error message? How can I resolve this issue?

hollyJ	I continued to have the error message and it was very unclear as to how to resolve it. I finally found my way into the commercial tab of plugin updates, but still do not understand why I am not getting a notification in the plugins that there is an update to one of the wpml components?? Can you clarify why this is so.
