Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate some posts on my site under development using WPML. Everything is up to date, and we are using PHP 8.1.

Symptoms:
I get fatal errors when trying to translate some posts. The errors include: PHP Warning: Attempt to read property "post_content" on null in /var/www/project/wp-content/plugins/acfml/classes/class-wpml-acf-repeater-shuffle.php on line 263P and PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /var/project/vogue/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/inc/taxonomy-term-translation/wpml-term-translations.class.php:657.

Questions:
How can I resolve the fatal errors when translating posts?
Is there a known issue with WPML and PHP 8.1?
