[Resolved] In the page login I need to translate text of the tab login and text of the tab Register.
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to translate the 'Sign in' and 'Register' tabs on the login page of their website into different languages using WPML. Solution: We recommended the following steps: 1. Add the following XML configuration in WPML >> Settings > Custom XML Configuration section:
2. Open the default language login page in the Elementor page builder and add the label text in the desired language. 3. Click on the secondary language icon to open the page in Advanced Translation Editor, where the 'Sign in' and 'Register' labels should now be available for translation.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the text of the 'Sign in' and 'Register' tabs on the login page of my site hidden link using WPML. I want these texts to change according to the selected language, specifically to Albanian.
Based on the ticket, I attached a screenshot.
Symptoms:
The 'Sign in' and 'Register' tabs are not translating according to the selected language on the login page.
Questions:
How can I translate the 'Sign in' and 'Register' tabs using WPML?
Is there a specific setting in WPML to ensure the tabs change language based on the selected language?
Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with first debugging steps or if I can perhaps help with the issue quickly.
It's likely that these texts must be translated in WPML > String Translation. Please make sure to have a full website backup and do as follows:
1. Go to WPML > Theme and Plugin localization and scan your themel
2. In the same page, select any plugins that might be related to your custom sign-in/register page and scan them, in case there are any
3. Go to WPML > String Translation and search for the texts,
4. Add the translations.
If that does not help, one of my colleagues will soon come to continue support.
Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay due to high workload and the reply time will be shorter from now. To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.
Your next answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
=== Please backup your database and website ===
✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is essential.
2. Opened the default language login page in Elementor page builder and added the label text in Albanian language: hidden link and pressed an Update button.
3. Click on the secondary language icon to open up the page in Advanced Translation Editor and the Sing in and Register label were available for translation as you can see in the attached screenshot.
I added the translation in English language and now it seems to show correct translation at frontend as you can see in the attached screenshots.
