This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is trying to correct the link on the menu logo for the original language (PT) and the English version on their site, but the logo is linking to the French version instead. They attempted to change it through DIVI Builder.
Solution:
1. We suggested checking if the URL could be located when translating the Divi Header Template with the WPML Translation Editor. This involves going to WPML > Translation Management > Dashboard, setting the post type filter to "Header Templates", creating a job for the template, accessing the job at WPML > Translations, and using the text search field to type "http".
2. We identified that there was a specific header template for the homepage which was not yet translated and was using an incorrect logo image link. We set it to use the dynamic link "Homepage link" to solve the issue.
3. We also noted that if the issue with saving the original header template persists even after disabling WPML, it might be a Divi issue, not related to WPML. In such a case, consulting the Divi Support Team is recommended.
Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.
