Background of the issue:
I bought some credits and used them for translations on my website hidden link. After restoring my website from a backup, the translations disappeared.

Symptoms:
Translations disappeared after restoring the website from a backup.

Questions:
Is there a way to recover the translations I did using the paid credits in WPML?

Translation are also saved in translation memory for your website / ATE account on our side, please try to send one page for translation and check in WPML Editor (Advanced translation editor) if translation are being loaded from memory or you need to re-translate them.

If it is same website it should be fine, if not let us know and we can check from our side and try to bring back translation memory from your website before backup.
