I am having issues with uploading my French version of the current PDF document in English, as shown: hidden link . It may have shown as 100% processed but there was no preview of the uploaded document name(which I assume that there should be, correct me if i'm wrong). Once I clicked "Save media translation", I don't think there were any visible changes at all.
This site is currently being hosted on Bluehost. Please give me directions / resolutions as to where should I investigate or fix in my end.

Could you please check if the issue persists in a minimal environment by following these steps?
1- Deactivate all the plugins except WPML CMS.
2- Switch to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one.
If the issue has been resolved, activate them one by one to identify which one is causing the issue.
