This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was facing an issue where, despite having manually translated the 'Accept' button text in the OceanWP theme from English to Greek, the translation did not appear when switching the site's language to Greek. Instead, it remained in English.
Solution:
We advised the client to go to the String Translation section and search for
admin_texts_theme_mods_oceanwp
. Upon finding the string, the client noticed that the translation was missing even though it had been translated before. After re-editing and saving the translation, followed by clearing all cache, the 'Accept' button correctly displayed in Greek as 'Αποδοχή'.
