Background of the issue:
I added a new shortcode on the Home page (eng version) of my site hidden link. The shortcode is to show Instagram feeds and is just above the footer.

Symptoms:
The shortcode is not reflecting on the French translation of the page.

Questions:
Why is the shortcode not appearing on the French translation of the page?

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I checked the English homepage here: hidden link and it currently loads a blank page (see screenshot).

Could you please confirm if you’re using a specific plugin or custom code to display the Instagram feed shortcode?
