My problem is that the credits I purchased are not showing up, the automatic translation function is not working, and the language mapping is also wrong for some reason.

This ID seems invalid / broken (it contains #mock_shared_key_disabled), and because of this, the Automatic Translation feature is not working properly.
Could you please generate a correct Automatic Translation account ID and provide the proper credentials / account ID for drescherjewellery.com, so we can fix the issue?
