Apologies for yet another message, but here's a loom showing that sometimes the translations save and then after a few, they stop working - the save to translation memory greys out and nothing else saves. A few at a time, then the rest get lost. And I don't think it's that I've selected the wrong settings in WPML, because one translation marked "text" on the translation page will save and another won't - same with different field classifications.

Many thanks for your perseverence and patience!

My apologies, but at the moment, I can not confirm an issue with saving translations to translation memory.
Completing the translation worked as expected.
Only note that simply clicking out of each segment might not be enough, especially if segments need specific formatting. You need to confirm the segments and make sure that all markers are always set.
To confirm each segment inside the Advanced Translation Editor, please use the "Arrow down" button on the control segment or use the Shortcut Ctrl + Arrow down on your keyboard.
I have discovered that the entire page has been translated and I never completed the translation. I'm really worried that autotranslate has been set somewhere and has used up all my credits?
Also, I think you're saying I need to click the down arrow to move to the next segment in order to save a segment? I made a loom but I'm not sure I'm understanding correctly. If you were able to make a quick video showing how to assign bold, links etc. correct, I would be very grateful.

I completed the translation for you for testing.
To apply the markers, you only need to mark the text with your mouse and then click the marker.
You need to make sure that all markers are used.
Once you are done with setting the markers, click the "Down arrow" next to the translated segments inside the settings bar, so that the segment is saved.
If this still does not clarify it, let me know and I will make a short video.
