Can I have your permission to download the Impreza theme and some 3rd party plugins from your Website? I need to replicate the issue so that I could escalate this to our 2nd Tier Support for further investigation.

I can make it work by removing the two contents above the "Interactive Texts" on the root page here hidden link . Here is the login hidden link .

Could you try this on your production site and see if it works? There could be some options in those sections that are causing issues.

Yes, you can but try to check which module is causing the interactive text to break.

Hi Kor,

I added just a row (without changing any setting) on top of the interactive text and it stopped working again. I then deleted the row and the interactive text still doesn't work. How did you make it work?

I have just saved the page at hidden link , and it appears that the problem has been resolved. Could you please review it again? Additionally, could you create a new main page that only showcases the interactive text elements, accompanied by some rows of content below, to verify if everything is functioning properly? I am interested in identifying any conflicts with the interactive text elements.

Hi Kor,

I'm afraid to tell you that I can't make the interactive text working. If possible I would like to avoid recreating the root page. Nevertheless if you don't see any other option, we'll have to do so.
