My codes modules don't get translated and are broken in French and German. They only work in the original language. I have more code modules that are also broken through the website with the same type of code modules.

Hi there!

This is Paola and I will leave a reply before one of my colleague continues with the ticket.

Please let me know how you add the code to the page, please open the translated page and make sure is added correctly as a workaround.

Hi,

I insert the code this way:

Create a section, then a row and finally a code module. Then in the code module, I insert the code. The situation is awkward because it works in the native language. So I think it's not about the construction structure.
The situation is only when it changes to another language.

Please can you help me?

Hi,

I'm Osama from the WPML forums support team. I'll be glad to help you today.

First, apologies for the delayed response; it was due to a higher workload.

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please back up your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes, and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Best regards,
Osama

Hi Bruno,

Thanks for the access details. I edited the home page, made a minor change, and updated it.

After that, I updated the translation in both languages using WPML Translation Editor, which fixed the issue.

Please check if the iframe works correctly in French and German.

Best regards,
Osama
