This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are using WPML’s WP Menus Sync Feature to translate your menu, but after translation, the layout of the submenu is different. Initially, menu sync and string translation did not work, and after repeating the process, the menu was translated but the design broke, displaying the submenu differently. You are using Ubermenu, and it seems that the translated version falls back to default settings.
Solution:
We recommend checking the documentation provided by the developer of Ubermenu specifically for WPML compatibility and menu sync issues. Here are the links to the documentation:
- https://sevenspark.com/docs/ubermenu-3/plugin-compatibility/wpml/menu-sync
These resources might provide the guidance needed to adjust the submenu settings for the translated menu.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
