UK translations contain Ukrainian text

lisaS-6	Background of the issue: We have set up UK translations as UK English, rather than Ukrainian. Content was migrated in from a production site and all of the content is in English. Symptoms: We are seeing Ukrainian text for certain things: 1. In the admin toolbar for things like New Post, CPT, etc. 2. For dates in content, for example for blog posts. 3. Sometimes categories shown with blog posts are in Ukrainian. Questions: What is the best method to ensure that UK is set to UK English instead of Ukrainian?
