Background of the issue:
I am trying to remain sane while building my website. I expected to see French texts for images on translated French pages. The issue can be seen here: hidden link

Symptoms:
Instead of French texts for images on translated French pages, I got English texts.

Questions:
Why are the image texts not translating to French on the French pages?

It works fine initially. But, the more you fuck around the bush, the more issues emerge. Meaning, I do multiple attempts to correct the translations in multiple occasions.

Also, if I may suggest something that would greatly help the ATE... Because of page designs that need to stay on translated pages, it would be very useful for WPML ATE to count the number of characters of the original text and the translated text, to make sure the translated text does not exceed that of the original text. That way, the page design remain nice to look at.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching us. I've just checked your Website and everything seems to be working fine. I'm able to switch to the French language page and the contents are in French.

Also, thanks for the feedback regarding the ATE. Is there anything else that you need help with?

I was able to fix it on my own. I could not work any longer. It's the second time this is happening, for no apparent reason. Fixing it is no easy task. I have to reset everything a couple of times to no end.
