Background of the issue:
I added a translation of an English post to a German post using the Phrase plugin integration 3 days ago. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
I expected to see German content but got English content without editing the post in the last 3 days. The English content appeared on the DE version: hidden link. It is now reset back to DE using Phrase.

Questions:
Why did the German translation revert to English without any edits?
How can I ensure the German content remains consistent?
