This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You have updated the WPML plugin on your site, but the update is incomplete. The site is running updated versions of various WPML components, but the 'sitepress-multilingual-cms' is not updated to the required version 4.7.0. Although WooCommerce Multilingual is enabled, it is not effective because WPML String Translation requires an updated WPML.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend you navigate to Plugins → All Plugins and then select the Commercial tab. From there, you can update WPML String Translation automatically by checking the box next to it and clicking the blue Update button at the bottom.
Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
