This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
When translating a page to Spanish on mobile, the product container disappears for no apparent reason.

Solution:
First, we suggest checking the template or layout responsible for the content to ensure it is fully translated. Make a small change to the template or layout in the default language, save it, and then update the translation.
If the issue persists, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure you have a full backup of your website and database.
2. Deactivate all plugins except WPML and Elementor, and then check if the problem still occurs.
3. Reactivate each plugin one by one, checking the issue after each activation to identify any plugin conflicts.
4. If the problem continues, repeat the steps using a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-One or Twenty Twenty-Four.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend opening a new support ticket. Also, we highly advise checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please contact us in the WPML support forum.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Looks like on Spanish version, that entire DIV (or content part) is missing (see attached). If it was only the style issue, the content would be present and a missing/invalid style may be hiding it visually.

But since that entire content is missing, I'd recommend checking the template or layout responsible for that content and see if it is completely/fully translated?

You can make a small change to that template or layout in default language, save and update the translation.

If this doesn't help, then please try the following:

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand. It is highly advised to try the following on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.

- Deactivate all plugins except WPML and Elementor and check for the issue.
- Activate each plugin one-by-one, while keeping check on the issue after a plugin is activated. This way you'll be able to pinpoint a plugin having a conflict (or problem), if any.
- If the problem persists, repeat the above steps with a default theme of WordPress (i.e. 2021 or 2024).

Please let me know and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter.

Regards.
