This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to translate a page to 100% completion, but after saving, the translation progress reverts to 98%.
Solution:
We recommend checking if the default text includes any formatting markers that might not have been applied or if the segments were not saved properly. It's also important to note that we use TinyMCE, the same editor used by WordPress, which might affect how text formatting is handled. Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the page to reach 100% and save it. The issue can be seen at hidden link.

Symptoms:
When I open the translation again, it turns to 98% instead of staying at 100%, and I cannot save it.

Questions:
Why does the translation revert to 98% after saving?
How can I ensure the translation stays at 100%?

Hello There!
I hope you're doing well.

Before this thread gets assigned to my colleague, I'd like to offer some initial guidance or potential solutions.

It appears that the default text includes some formatting markers, and the translation progress is not reaching 100% because the markers were not applied or the segments were not saved properly.

Could you please try the suggestion mentioned in the reply below and check how it goes?

Hi,

I'm afraid that's not possible. We use TinyMCE, the same editor utilized by WordPress itself.

Best regards,
Marcel
