This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client experienced an issue where after recreating a custom taxonomy term, posts got multiplied within it. Additionally, the client wanted a solution to allow uploading a category image (created by a Metabox custom field) only in the default language, and have that image automatically duplicated across other languages.
Solution:
To address the issue of multiplied posts in the custom taxonomy term, we recommended the following steps:
1. Navigate to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting.
2. Execute the functions listed one by one as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/hQAyoQylDG6w
3. Clear the site's cache and check if the issue is resolved.

Please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Tell us what you are trying to do?
I recreated custom taxonomy term and after that I got multiplied post in it. The detailed explanation is provided in the video.
Also, I wish to provide solution for the client where he can upload the category image (created by Metabox custom field) just on default language, but that image will be duplicated (will appear) on other languages as well. So, he don't need to upload the same image for the same categories for other languages.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
There is no documentation for that.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
I don't think so.

1) First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload. Please try the following steps to fix the custom category count.

1- Go to WPML-> Support-> Troubleshooting
2- Run the functions one by one (Kindly check this hidden link)
3- Clear the site's cache and check the issue

2) We try to keep one issue per ticket in our forum. Continuing with one ticket per issue helps supporters focus on one issue at once and enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.
