This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with the Divi builder when using the WPML setting 'Different domain per language', such as being able to edit pages with the builder on the main/default domain but encountering a blank page when trying to edit a translation on a second domain, this might be due to your setup.
Solution:
We recommend checking your browser console for any errors and ensuring that you are logged in to the second domain as well. It's also advisable to contact your hosting provider to review or disable any CORS-related restrictions that might be blocking the loading of scripts from the second domain.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket.

Not sure if this is something you know about or not, but getting issues with Divi builder when using the WPML setting ‘Different domain per language’ setting.

I can edit pages with the builder with the main/default domain (Welsh), but when I try to edit a translation (English) I Just blank page. I think I get this problem with pages, posts, and theme builder layouts in the second language domain.

If change the WPML setting to just go to /en/ instead of a domain, everything is ok – but the client wants the English site to go to another domain – so really need to get this setting working on divi 5. Will this be fixed in 4.9?

There was a similiar issue in Divi 4, but got around it by editing the page in the domain of the other language. This workaround does not seem to work for Divi 5

Hello,

I’ve checked this further and can confirm that everything works correctly on my side on a test website.

Here is a short video for reference:

Based on this, it looks like something on your setup is blocking the loading of scripts from the second domain. Most likely, this is related to a CORS policy or a similar restriction.

I recommend checking your browser console for any errors and making sure that you are logged in to the second domain as well. It would also be a good idea to contact your hosting provider and ask them to review or disable any CORS-related restrictions.

Let me know how it goes.

Best regards,
Dražen
