Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the header of the dakini.pt website into English, French, and Spanish. In the 'therapists' tab, the dropdown is duplicating 'females' and 'males'. There should only be one 'female' and one 'male', not four. The issue can be seen on these pages: hidden link, hidden link, hidden link.
Symptoms:
The dropdown in the 'therapists' tab is duplicating 'females' and 'males' in the translated versions of the header.

Hello again, in the meantime I still need assistance on this topic, the memory limit has already been increased to 128Mb as indicated and the plugin is updated, however, the problem persists.

Please go to Go to Appearance → Menus, find you menu in default language, then click on pencil / plus icon for other language, and adjust you menu items manually how you wish.
