Dear Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am currently experiencing a code error on the website, which appears to be caused by a plugin conflict. The issue started after the recent plugin updates performed by your team, so I suspect that one of the updates may have triggered this problem. Kindly investigate and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Additionally, there is another issue on the product pages. The “Next” and “Previous” product buttons are not synchronizing with the selected language. Regardless of the chosen language, the navigation always redirects to the English version of the product page. Please identify the exact cause of this issue and fix it urgently, or provide me with detailed information about what is causing the problem.

Your prompt attention to these matters would be greatly appreciated, as this is affecting the website’s functionality.

I look forward to your quick response.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

1. Regarding the code error, could you please share:
- The exact page URL where the issue appears
- A screenshot of the error
- The exact error message shown

This will help me identify whether it’s related to WPML or another plugin conflict.

2. About the Next/Previous product navigation issue, please check the following:

- Go to WPML >> Languages and make sure these two options are enabled:
- Adjust IDs for multilingual functionality
- Store a language cookie to support language filtering for AJAX

- Then go to WPML >> Settings > Post Types Translation and confirm that Products (product) is set to:
Translatable – only show translated items

Please add the debug report in the Debug Information box. I have also enabled debug info box for your next reply: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

If the code error and the product navigation issue are separate problems, kindly open a new chat/ticket for one of them, as we handle one issue per ticket according to our support policy.

Kindly let me know the results,
Thank you
